Order Queries
How to place an order?
Select and add medicines in the cart and then upload a valid prescription to place your order.
How is my order processed?
After placing the order, once the prescription is approved you will receive a confirmation email or SMS from our customer service. Your medicines will be delivered at your doorstep on the delivery time mentioned while ordering.
Do I need a valid prescription to buy medicine?
Yes. You will have to upload a valid prescription to buy medicines.
What is a Valid Prescription?
Prescription must have the following information: Date of Prescription, Patient Details, Doctor Details, Medicine Details and Dosage Details.

Why is my uploaded prescription rejected?
Your prescription could be rejected due to the following reasons.
- Values pertaining to dosage not matching with what you have ordered
- Prescriptions that have already been stamped for no further usage
- If the prescription is more than a year old.
Delivery
When will I receive my order?
After placing order, we will deliver with 48 hours from Monday to Saturday. All orders placed after 12pm on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
Are there any shipping charges on the Medicine?
Yes, we charge a nominal fee of Rs. 30 for orders below Rs.3000 in total value. Free delivery on medicine orders above Rs.3000.
How can I get my order delivered same day?
We charge a minimal amount of Rs. 75 for same day delivery.
Note:
- Same day delivery option is available only for order’s placed from Monday-Friday before 12PM.
- Same day delivery option is not available on Sunday.
Returns/Cancel
When will I get my refund?
Once the refund is initiated, the amount will be credited with 7-10 business days. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded.
Can I return my order?
Return request can be raised only if a wrong/expired product is delivered by Pharmacy Needs.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can send an email request to abx@pharmacy-needs.com. Please note that in case your order has already been charged or delivered, we cannot cancel it.
Is it possible to cancel my order after it has been charged?
No, you cannot cancel your order once your payment has been processed.
What if my prescription is rejected, will I receive my amount?
Yes, if the order is prepaid then you will receive the payment within 7-10 business days.
